Living Your Passion

It was a privilege to share my passion with psychology graduates from around the world last Monday 24th of September 2018 in Ubud, Bali. The 2 hours workshop was focused on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Mindfulness in multicultural settings from a personal clinical perspective introducing the intensive Choices Personalized Retreats program in Bali. Having worked in the UK, the Middle East and now in Bali Indonesia, I have had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. Each person with a different background and culture. As a psychologist, I have always been sensitive to adjusting my approach to meet the needs of each person. This has not only helped create stronger bonds in the therapeutic relationship but also have better outcomes in the healing and / or recovery process of each person.
