Cognitive behavioral therapy is a clinically validated method for overcoming emotional pains, and mental health strains, including but not limited to substance use, burnout, anxieties such as panic attacks, generalized anxiety, phobias, obsession compulsions, depression as a result of loss or other challenging experience, mood disorders such as management of bipolar symptoms, relationship difficulties, and couples work, relationship with food, emotional eating, disordered eating as well as eating disorders (depending on severity and motivation).

I believe in a holistic, nutritional, and lifestyle method and will encourage functional and evidence-based Western as well as Eastern medicinal approaches to treatment and care.

The program adopts a curated retreat-style approach within a serene environment, whilst doing important healing and transformative work.
