Personalized day program

Whether you are going through emotional fatigue, burnout, relationship conflict, breakup, struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, wanting to quit smoking, or detox from various habits whether alcohol or substances, or whether you are struggling with an eating disorder; this specialized and exclusive retreat program will help you learn how to unwind, release negative emotions, resolve conflicts, gain control, build confidence and find your optimal balance.

You can choose one of the residential or day retreat options in Bali or select a specially curated retreat in the Mediterranean.

If you decide to join us on a retreat, you will get a totally personalized program that includes various options. Each person will be carefully evaluated so the program will fit perfectly to their wants and needs. Besides CBT therapy sessions and different kinds of classes, there is enough time to do physical exercises and other recreational activities which also improve mental health.

Nutrition

An initial brief nutritional evaluation is carried out prior to arrival so that we ensure all health specifications and requirements are covered. Below you find a few of examples of dishes that are available on the retreat. A lot more breakfast, lunch and diner possibilities are available, including western dishes. The retreat also offers a la carte, sandwiches, dessert options etc.

Selected retreat facilities may differ slightly, but all resorts in Bali offer a range of facilities and activities, including tours and signtseeing, trips to volcanic areas and much more. Yoga

Yoga and meditation, known to unite body, mind and energy which leads to a calmer mood, promotes better physical health, mind control, emotional regulation and increased self-awareness.

Surfing

The island of Bali is partly very famous for its surfing spots. During the retreat program, there is enough room for you to learn or practice surfing or other physical activities that have an instant positive effect on mental state.

During your rest time or alone time, you can hang out by the pool to relax, swim, read a book or practice meditation.
