Whether you are going through emotional fatigue, burnout, relationship conflict, breakup, struggling with anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, wanting to quit smoking, or detox from various habits whether alcohol or substances, or whether you are struggling with an eating disorder; this specialized and exclusive retreat program will help you learn how to unwind, release negative emotions, resolve conflicts, gain control, build confidence and find your optimal balance.

The program adopts a retreat-style approach within a serene environment, whilst doing important healing work. This is the reason why we offer our program in selected locations.

The core of the program is the therapy sessions with Dr Jeremy. He adopts an integrative person-centered approach offering an integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model with a crossover with other modalities such as CBT-E, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Hypnotherapy, Heart Coherence Biofeedback, Self-regulation, Mindfulness-based therapy & Meditation.

He believes in a holistic approach to care, which is why he works with a Medical Nutritionist as well as other practitioners such as a Functional Medicine Doctor or psychiatrist when or if required.

Other activities are included in the retreat such as spa massages, yoga, walks on the beach, and more upon request.

If you decide to join us on a residential or day retreat, you will get a personalized program that includes various options. Each person will be carefully evaluated so the program will fit perfectly to their wants and needs. Besides therapy sessions and different kinds of classes, there is enough time to do physical exercises and other recreational activities which also improve mental health.
