Booking Policy
Payment for all courses must be received in full before commencement, including any installments agreed under our interest-free payment plan. Your place is secured once full payment has been made.
Transfers to Other Courses
Requests for transfers must be made before the original course commencement date. No charge is made in such circumstances.
Cancellations
Refunds are only given for cancellations 15 days prior to the course commencement date, subject to an administration fee of $100.
If a customer does not turn up to a training without notice or fails to complete the training – no refund.
A transfer to another course is possible without penalty. Requests for transfers must be made prior to the original training start date. No charge is made in such circumstances. The original fee or any part thereof will be non-refundable and its full value will be allocated to other trainings offered within a year duration.
