My Guided Meditations

The following are audio recordings I have made to help you achieve calmer states in your everyday life. If you are struggling with poor sleep, anxiety, depression, or any other form of stress, you may find one of the guided meditations helpful.

Some of them include binaural beats which are beneficial. Headphones have to be worn when listening to those tracks with binaural beats.  Please feel free to use these any time you like as long as you are sitting or lying down comfortably in a safe place.
