  • I just finished my session with Jeremy. It was another helpful and eye opening session. I have struggled a lot with my body image, had lots of rules and was kind of lost. Jeremy is the person that makes you feel comfortable and safe with your thoughts and emotions, he gives you the tools and words you need to hear and gives you the motivation to go for it and to not let your thoughts, actions and feelings control yourself and define your life. It is really difficult to struggle with yourself but know that everything will be better, how hard it may seem.
